The Mother’s Day Gift That’s Still Gifting…

Every year I struggle with what to gift my mom for Mother’s Day. Since we love having our girl time – relaxing, watching movies and sipping on wine – I decided to go with engraved flutes and my favorite bottle of sparkling red wine, Banfi Rosa Regale. It’s a unique 100% Brachetto sparkling wine from the Piedmont region of Italy that offers a palate of fresh strawberries, wild raspberries and Bulgarian rose that’s complemented with crisp acidity and a round, dry finish. It’s the perfect pairing to sweet treats, especially our favorite, chocolate!

It served as the perfect (and affordable at only $20!) Mother’s Day gift. We each whipped up a Rosa Mimosa to have with Mother’s Day brunch and enjoyed in our matching flutes. I also gifted her an extra bottle so we could set a date for our next girls night to enjoy some more bubbly and quality time together.

Rosa Mimosa
Ingredients:
2 oz. chilled orange juice
1oz. Grand Marnier
2 oz. chilled Rosa Regale
1 whole strawberry

Method: Mix 2 oz. chilled orange juice and 1 oz. Grand Marnier. Pour into flute and top with 2 oz. of chilled Rosa Regale. Garnish with a strawberry.
